Breakfast
Typical oatmeal and a banana with a glass of skim milk. Boring? Yes, but I had no intentions of getting scrambled eggs made of egg substitute or once frozen sausage-esque patties.
Dinner
Dining hall food stinks. I’ve been whining about it since the day I got to college. The number of healthy options is so limited, I’ve been eating basically the same thing for dinner every night for 3 semesters. I would love to have more variety, but I’m not willing to put complete garbage into my body. Thank goodness I love spinach.

This is a pretty typical lunch for me. I like it because it’s tasty and covers a bunch of food groups: lean protein, vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and healthy fats.

Tons of spinach and mixed greens

Cucumbers
Cherry tomatoes
Balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing
Sandwich
